Congratulation bro... all you have to do is to bring the phone bill, letters, cards with you when you go to VN. Don't worry about Cong Ham Ngoại Giao and Giây chung nhân đoc thân. Don't do any paperwork while you still in the US. Just take your fiance to So Tu phap and strait to the cafeteria and ask for Chị Huong Dich Vụ and let she know that my name Anh Tâm . She just did it for me . She will take care the rest of paperwork for you. She will take you to the US Ambassy on Le Duân Street for the Single Status and the fee charge total is about $400.00 . Trust me!!! I just did it last summer . Do it righ away when you got there . If you could stay more than 30 days that would be nice because you and your wife can get the married certificate . or else you have to go back to VN again to get married certificate . Good luck bro......:good:
